I brought Shadowbringers, as they provide a new product key, and now I am in a situation where that key is invalid. So I created a new account with the same email.
When I entered the starter edition product key in mogstation, is says its already registered. I have forgotten my ID so I asked them to send me the ID for my account, however, Square said there is no account associated with the email address (which, I don't understand how I don't have an account, when I purchased FF14 on steam and paid a subscription via mogstation and was able to play).

Was it on the NA/EU Mogstation site as this would mean only keys of that region are valid on the account. If that's all correct next would be the region ie, where did you create you're account. Trying to contact square enix for three days now and cant even get refund for the DLC. I just redid my subscription and even installed everything log into account just fine but seems that the content such and new races are grayed out telling my DLC is non-exsistent.
